Local-first tasks/time tracking. For Any.do and TickTick: manage individual projects, recurring tasks, daily plans and time tracking locally without a task subscription. Any.do already offers basic tasks free; its pricing lists recurring tasks under Premium. TickTick already offers recurring tasks free, with 9 lists and 99 tasks per list; this is a different local workflow rather than a free unlock of TickTick Premium. Optional sync requires setup and may use paid storage or services. No equivalent WhatsApp/location reminders, shared team boards, native mobile polish or seamless cloud migration is promised.
Local-first workflow differs from Todoist managed collaboration. Cross-device sync needs configuration; do not promise native Todoist integrations or flawless migration.
Each comparison covers the workflow described above, rather than every paid feature.
