What you can use it for

Track client issues on Kanban boards and control access with custom project roles.

• Up to ten users can maintain issues, boards and project roles within 30 GB. Suitable for a solo developer or small client collaboration.
• Registered users with Read Issue permission can export CSV/XLSX. Default 500 issues per export is admin-adjustable; REST JSON is also documented. Attachments/full migration not tested.

Before you switch

Free limit is currently 10 users, not the older three-user allowance in the upstream directory. Accounts with no registered-user login for three months receive cancellation notice; deletion can follow two weeks later unless someone logs in. Exports are issue data, not a demonstrated full backup or migration of attachments, plugins and workflows. No Jira ecosystem, enterprise administration or unlimited AI parity claim. Register the Free plan first. Official pricing says its optional 14-day expanded trial returns to Free. Separate trial-only instances must be converted to Free or paid to avoid eventual deletion.
