What you can use it for

Run a walk-in waiting list on one device, with guest names, party sizes and a downloadable backup.

  • Add guests without an account or payment card.
  • Queue entries survived a reload and were included in a JSON backup export.
Workflow coverage and comparison notes

A single operator records walk-ins and manages a local waiting list without ScanQueue’s 100-joins/month and 10/day free limits, or Waitwhile’s 50-visits/month free limit. Replaces the staff-managed queue slice; not remote QR joining, automated messaging or multi-device operations.

Before you switch

The tested route keeps data in this browser: clearing it or losing the device loses the queue unless backed up. It does not provide cloud sync or live remote tracking. The separate free online Starter plan advertises 250 customers/week and one login; its signup and sync were not tested. Free notifications use your own messaging app and need manual sending; carrier fees can apply. Automatic SMS/email and team access are paid. No healthcare compliance or full ScanQueue/Waitwhile parity established.
