Add hosted sign-in and user accounts to a web application using Logto’s SDK.

What you can use it for

Add hosted sign-in and user accounts to a web application using Logto’s SDK.

  • Integrate basic sign-in with a hosted production tenant and SDK.
  • One custom domain and one webhook included.
Workflow coverage and comparison notes

A solo developer integrates hosted basic web-app login through an SDK in a Free production tenant. Excludes enterprise SSO, advanced authorization/security add-ons and a complete Auth0 user/session migration. Another hosted basic-login route with different user/token ceilings, rather than a claim that every Auth0 Free user needs to switch. Up to 25,000 MAU. Staying on Auth0 Free can be sufficient; paid plans add features and limits that Logto Free does not necessarily match. B2C Essentials: 35 USD/month. Displayed for up to 500 MAU; do not present this as the price for exceeding 25,000 free MAU or as equivalent advanced-feature coverage.

Before you switch

Access-token issuance and MAU are separate limits; token refresh can consume the token allowance. 50,000 MAU is not a guarantee for 50,000 frequently active users. Create a Free production tenant. Development tenants delete users after 90 days and are unsuitable for production. One console member; advanced roles, MFA/SSO and other add-ons require their own plan checks. Full Cloud/OSS migration is not self-service; data export requires contacting Logto. Hosted free route only; self-host operational costs and licence duties are not included in this recommendation. Official tenant documentation says full configuration/user migration between Cloud and OSS is not self-service; contact Logto for all-user export. Do not promise password-hash portability or one-click migration. Basic hosted auth under both caps. App hosting, owned domain registration and external email/SMS delivery can cost separately. No automatic cost estimate.

Alternatives to these paid apps

Each comparison covers the workflow described above, rather than every paid feature.
